Yair Weiss Yehudah Weiss
Instructors - 4th Degree Black Belt
We started our martial arts journey at age seven in the Shaolin Kempo Karate system, better known in the New England area. Our mom said “If you are going to fight with each other, you’re going to fight with finesse!” We have continued our training without interruption ever since. Following our family’s move to Baltimore, Maryland in 2001, we were eager to find a new place to train. We initially studied the Shorin-Ryu style of karate. After several intense years, we joined a studio specializing in the Ed Parker system of American Kenpo Karate. Mr. David Sztajer has been our primary instructor since 2008, teaching us both the original system and various enhancements developed by some of Mr. Parker’s students. With his guidance and encouragement, we were promoted to 4th Degree Black Belt in January of 2012. Most recently, we have joined Mr. Francisco Vigoroux’s organization and have been enhancing our skills through his teachings.
